My Fellow Runner

This week was our first running and singing rehearsal - we ran around Clapham Common, headed into the middle of the green and sang the Anthem - pretty good for a first attempt!
We talked about the similarity between the physical and mental concentration of running and breathing and singing and breathing, and how this made us forget that anyone might be watching our performance....
We also talked about being in a crowd of people, being taken up in the moment, and joining in with the drama or the spectacle of it all
